We currently ship only to the United States, and offer free shipping in most cases. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please go to your customer account page and choose the product you want to return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
